Bradford Clark

Brad is a Brown University graduate; served in WW II as a Captain in the United States Army, and until retiring in 1969, was a chemist for the City of Providence.
For countless years, Brad has been a swimming official and timer at swimming meets from age group through collegiate competition.
He has been an officer in the R.I. Timers Guild; Secretary for the R.I. A. A. U. Records Committee; Executive Secretary of the R.I. Commissioners Council; Swimming Commissioner for R.I. for five years; a swimming judge and official for the R.I. Swimming Coaches & Officials Association; the R.I. Board of the Interscholastic Swimming Officials, serving as president from 1964 to 1967, and was voted an honorary life member in 1982.
In 1974 he receivied the Joseph L. Tracey Award for his contributions to competitive swimming in Rhode Island.
